She has served Fitness industry from past 30 in the health and fitness industry. She started her career from breach candy hospital as a clinical nutritionist in the year 1987 After that she worked with a cardiologist, diabetologist and kidney specialist. Then she also worked for VLCC for 1 year. Joined the fitness industry since the last 14 years as a sports nutritionist. She worked as HOD of nutrition department of a chain of gyms PLANET HEALTH for 2 years. She started her own personal studio in khar for a special population in partnership with a fitness consultant.
After 3 years she started giving lectures with Dr Dhananjay More for ASCM. Then she worked as a lecturer with k11 for 2 years. She started a nutrition course for fitness trainers and fitness enthusiasts in Mahim. Then she affiliated this course with intellectual fitness and sports academy 2 years ago. Did around 32 batches in Mumbai and in other cities of the country. She has done workshops and seminars with corporate and colleges and schools. All this period was also counselling as a freelancer. She also worked with clients with different fitness goals like weight loss, fat loss, modelling, acting, bodybuilding, bone-related problems, metabolic and hormonal problems, Medical conditions like anaemia, depression, hypothyroidism etc.
